Skilled craftsmen and our own workshop in Madrid, for projects in hotels, heritage buildings and distinctive architecture. We carry the work from layout and screed checks to the final finish, with our own installers and crews coordinated under our supervision. Officially registered in the Registro de Empresas Acreditadas (REA No. 12/28/0126144) and carrying civil liability insurance, including coverage after completion. Heritage Buildings and Institutional Headquarters
Work on BIC-listed monuments, palaces and estates under the supervision of the CPPHAN and the PGOUM (the Spanish Ombudsman’s headquarters, Parcent Palace). Refurbishment of century-old pitch pine (pino melis) floors and reintegration of historic marquetry in our workshop. Sanding with continuous extraction, with no airborne dust.
Distinctive Projects and Full Renovations
Technical specification and advice on layout: herringbone at 90°, chevron (punta de Hungría) and widths up to 260 mm. Underfloor-heating checks with Rλ ≤ 0.15 m²·K/W (UNE-EN 1264). Flush transitions at zero level with stone, marble or microcement.
Hotels, Theaters and Heavy Traffic
Wood floors for heavy traffic in suites, entrances, performance halls and restaurants (The Madrid EDITION 5*, Luchana Theatres). We apply 2K aliphatic waterborne varnishes (EMICODE EC1 Plus), odorless and formaldehyde-free. In public-use areas, finishing systems with a reaction-to-fire classification documented by the manufacturer (CTE DB-SI). Drying and curing in 24 to 48 hours, so the space can reopen without halting operations.

Craftsmanship Warranty, Tender Specifications and Legal Compliance
Screed Checks (UNE 56810)
On-site measurement of residual moisture with a calcium carbide (CaC₂) hygrometer. Flatness check with a 2 m straightedge before the timber is stored on site.
Acoustic Insulation (CTE DB-HR)
Resilient mounting systems and perimeter decoupling with impact underlays whose attenuation is documented by the manufacturer in its technical data sheet.
Fire Safety (CTE DB-SI)
Fire-retardant waterborne varnishes for public-use areas, with the manufacturer’s reaction-to-fire classification report for each system.
Labor Accreditation (REA 12/28/0126144)
Current registration in the Registro de Empresas Acreditadas (REA No. 12/28/0126144). Craftsmen with occupational risk prevention (PRL) training under the Construction Collective Agreement, and LOE coverage.
Wood Flooring for Projects
On-Edge Industrial Parquet
Solid oak strips of 10 to 22 mm, laid on edge. High mechanical resistance to indentation and sound damping for auditoriums and corporate headquarters.
Nailed or Glued Solid Plank Flooring
22 mm planks in oak, chestnut or reclaimed pitch pine, over treated battens or glued to the screed. They can be sanded repeatedly for decades.
XXL Large-Format Engineered Parquet
Boards up to 260 mm wide on a phenolic birch base, with a 4 to 6 mm wear layer of real wood. High dimensional stability and compatibility with underfloor heating.
Restoration and Historic Parquet
Work on manor-house floor panels, perimeter borders and marquetry in heritage-listed buildings in Madrid. Reintegration with seasoned period woods.
