Founded in 1968 by Carlos Temes and Julia Antequera in Madrid’s Chamberí district, ParkSinta was born dedicated to the craft of noble parquet and interior renovation. Nearly sixty years later, we remain in the neighborhood dedicated to authentic hardwood craftsmanship, preserving our original founding telephone line: 243 63 23 from 1968, today +34 91 543 63 23.

Technical Headquarters at Donoso Cortés 24

Following more than 50 years at Calle Blasco de Garay 43, we relocated our headquarters to Donoso Cortés 24, within the same historic Chamberí neighborhood. It is not a retail shop, but a dedicated professional workspace to review architectural plans with property owners, architects, and interior designers, resolve construction details, and compare noble wood species across large-format samples.

Waterborne Finishes & Indoor Air Quality

In the late 1990s, we permanently ceased applying traditional solvent-based and toxic urea-formaldehyde varnishes. Since then, we work exclusively with two-component (2K) waterborne polyurethane systems certified under EMICODE EC1 Plus: formaldehyde-free, safe for occupied homes, preserving the natural color of oak and pitch pine without yellowing.

On-Site Technical Supervision

In Madrid, central heating dries the air significantly in winter, opening plank gaps that expand during summer. For that reason, we leave nothing to chance.

Eduardo Temes personally directs technical oversight on site for every project: we measure substrate moisture with calcium carbide reaction, verify planimetry, and calculate layout expansion tolerances.

For historical restoration and specialized flooring, we deploy our own master craftsmen. On large-format commercial projects, we coordinate dedicated teams under our direct supervision. We work both for private homeowners and as trusted specialist contractors for architectural studios and builders.
