Work performed: Complete surface restoration of commercial oak flooring across the training classrooms, administrative spaces, and meeting halls of the Industrial Engineers Association (COGITIM) in Chamberí.
Technical diagnosis: Concentrated abrasion wear from student chairs and office furniture, localized water stains near air conditioning units, and loss of original factory coating.
Technical intervention & finish: Planetary satellite multi-disc sanding to level the wood without excessive wear of the top layer, spot grain filling, and application of high-traffic commercial 2K polyurethane coating compliant with European VOC standards.
